How do I start a campaign?

Starting a campaign is easy and takes less than 5 minutes. Click Start a Campaign on our homepage, choose the type that fits your situation (For Yourself, Friends & Family, or Business), and follow the 5-step process. Once submitted, our team will review your campaign and notify you when it's approved.

How long does campaign approval take?

Most campaigns are reviewed and approved within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your campaign is live. In some cases, we may request additional information to verify your campaign before approving it.

Can I edit my campaign after it's live?

Yes. You can update your campaign title, story, photos, and goal at any time from your campaign dashboard. Significant changes to the goal or purpose may require a brief re-review by our team.

Is there a minimum or maximum fundraising goal?

The minimum campaign goal is $100 USD. There is no maximum limit — campaigns on Bright Future Foundation have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars. We encourage you to set a realistic goal that reflects your actual needs.

What happens if I exceed my fundraising goal?

Great news! You keep all funds raised, even if you exceed your goal. Many campaigns on Bright Future Foundation surpass their targets thanks to strong community support. Any extra funds should be used for purposes related to your original campaign description.

Can I withdraw funds before my campaign ends?

Yes. You can withdraw funds at any time during your campaign, regardless of whether you've reached your goal. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
Donations

Is my donation protected?

Yes. All donations on Bright Future Foundation are protected by our Donor Guarantee. Every campaign is reviewed before going live, and we have a dedicated team monitoring for any suspicious activity. If a campaign is found to violate our terms, affected donors may be eligible for a refund.

Can I donate anonymously?

Yes. During the donation process, you can choose to donate anonymously. Your name will not be displayed publicly on the campaign page, though your donation will still be counted toward the total.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bright Future Foundation accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as bank transfer via the payment key provided on each campaign page. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Can I get a refund on my donation?

Donations are generally non-refundable, as funds are transferred directly to campaign organizers. However, if you believe a campaign is fraudulent or misleading, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, process a refund where possible.

Do I need an account to donate?

You can donate to any campaign without creating an account. However, having an account allows you to track your donation history, receive campaign updates, and save your payment information for future donations.

How does Bright Future Foundation protect my personal data?

How do I report a suspicious campaign?

You can report any campaign directly from its page by clicking the "Report this campaign" link at the bottom. Our trust and safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours and will take appropriate action, including removing campaigns that violate our guidelines.
